Fidelex is derived from latin and greek words-Fidus and Legis, respectively. Fidus means truth and Legis means law. Truth is at the heart of our practice. Our Corporate Team has strong ethical values and advises on inbound & outbound investments, mergers & acquisitions, foreign collaborations and setting up businesses in India & abroad.

Our Corporate team also advises on legal issues concerning commercial & business affairs on legal structuring, corporate legal affairs, corporate transactional matters, commercial contracts, general corporate advisory and secretarial matters.

INFRASTRUCTURE TEAM

Our Infrastructure Team is promising and full of joy and passion towards their work. We have experience in advising developers, contractors, and multilateral agencies in projects ranging in sectors such as power, roads, ports, mass rapid transit systems etc.

We have expertise in advising on setting up projects on BOO, BOT or BOOT basis including other finance driven structures and drafting or vetting various project documents and agreements and provide assistance in structuring contractual arrangements based on regulatory considerations.

LITIGATION TEAM

Our Litigation Team stands strong to protect and represent our clients from all possible implications that might be created for or against them. We enter with a singular objective of protecting your interests.

Born with the vision to strive hard, we ensure that all possible protection is provided and have experience in appearing in various courts which includes High Courts, Civil Courts, Debt recovery tribunals and other tribunals and various forums.
